Who moves electronics forward? Gender Research of electronic industry.

Description:

Within the research, statistics of about 500 electronic industry organizations (approximately 300 thousand people) for 2016 were analyzed. While selecting the statistical base and carrying out the research the main emphasis was made on the establishment of a well-grounded relationship between the socio-demographic characteristics of workers in the sector (such as gender, age, education background, and academic degree) and career success. Experts of the leading industry organizations were involved in the analysis of the obtained data and revealed regularities.
